Liz graduated from the Cohutta Healing Arts Institute: School of Massage.  After completing the massage therapy certification board exam (MBLEx) she has been practicing diligently to expand her knowledge to give her clients the massage sessions they deserve.

Liz works to provide relaxing and/or therapeutic massage for all ages. She feels as though many people are deprived of healthy touch in our modern society, and many people spend much  time seated with their heads down, which can tighten up muscles and can cause pain and discomfort. Self care is important, and Liz is here to provide it for all who need it.

She grew up in a very massage-oriented world. Her mother is a massage therapist, and it was that work that peaked her interest and lead her to becoming a massage therapist herself. She enjoys helping others, providing pain relief, and a creating a relaxing atmosphere for all.
